The EVERKA rear brake system combines a genuine AP Racing CP7480 GT3 motorsport caliper with an EVERKA-engineered 355x32mm spline-style rotor and C8-specific mounting hardware.

A True Motorsport Brake System

The factory C8 rear braking system offers strong street performance, but serious track use places very different demands on the braking system.

Higher tire grip, increased aero load, repeated high-speed braking, and extended track sessions generate significantly greater thermal and mechanical loads than normal street driving.

The EVERKA CP7480 GT3 rear system is designed around these demands, replacing the factory rear brake assembly with a race-focused braking package built around genuine AP Racing motorsport hardware.

This is not an off-the-shelf big brake kit.

Every component is engineered as part of a complete braking system, with caliper position, rotor offset, hat geometry, mounting hardware, and wheel clearance developed specifically around the Corvette C8 chassis.

AP Racing CP7480 GT Caliper

At the center of the system is the genuine AP Racing CP7480 motorsport caliper.

The CP7480 is a GT3 caliper designed for high-performance and endurance applications, providing the stiffness, thermal capacity, and consistent brake performance required for serious track use.

The CP7480 uses the CP6070D49 pad shape, providing substantial pad capacity for repeated high-speed braking and extended track sessions.

Its compact GT architecture also helps maintain excellent wheel clearance while providing increased rear braking capacity.

EVERKA Spline-Style Rotors

The CP7480 caliper is paired with an EVERKA 355x32mm spline-style rotor, developed from our G82 M4 GT4 replacement rotor program.

The rotor system is developed as a complete package, with rotor offset, hat geometry, caliper position, and mounting geometry designed specifically for the C8 chassis.

Each rotor assembly uses a CNC-machined and anodized 7075-T6 aluminum rotor hat, designed to reduce unsprung weight while maintaining the strength and dimensional stability required for repeated track use.

Highly recommend choosing regular T-Bobbin style rotors for none track-only car. Gear-drive/spline-style rotors has lots of NHV.

18" Track Wheel Compatibility

The system is compatible with many 18" track wheels, allowing C8 track cars to run dedicated 18" wheel and tire packages without moving to larger wheels solely for brake clearance.

Wheel clearance is wheel-specific. Barrel shape, spoke profile, offset, and inner diameter can affect fitment.
