A True Motorsport Brake System

The factory C7 braking system offers strong performance, but serious track use places very different demands on the braking system.

Higher tire grip, increased aero load, repeated high-speed braking, and extended track sessions generate significantly greater thermal and mechanical loads than normal street driving.

The EVERKA CP7269 GT3 system is designed around these demands, replacing the factory front brake assembly with a race-focused braking package built around genuine AP Racing motorsport calipers.

This is not an off-the-shelf big brake kit.

Every component is engineered as part of a complete braking system, with caliper position, rotor offset, hat geometry, mounting hardware, and wheel clearance developed specifically around the Corvette C7 platform.

AP Racing CP7269 GT Caliper

At the center of the system is the AP Racing CP7269 6-piston motorsport caliper.

The CP7269 is a GT3/GT4 front caliper designed around a 390x36mm iron disc and uses the CP6210D64 pad shape with a 30mm pad thickness. AP Racing specifies a forged monobloc aluminum alloy body, fixed bridge design, and internally ported architecture.

The same CP7269 calipers are used in applications including:

• BMW M4 G82 GT3 / GT4
• Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 GT3.R
• Porsche 911 GT3.R

Increased Pad Capacity

Compared with the commonly used AP Racing CP9668 pad platform:

• 21% larger pad area
• 20% greater pad thickness

The larger pad volume provides greater thermal capacity and pad life during repeated high-speed braking and extended track sessions.

EVERKA Spline-Style Rotors

The CP7269 calipers are paired with EVERKA 390x36mm spline-style racing rotors, developed from our G82 M4 GT4 replacement rotor program.

The rotor system is engineered specifically around the C7 application, with rotor offset, hat geometry, caliper position, and wheel clearance developed as a complete system rather than adapting a generic off-the-shelf big brake kit.

Each rotor assembly uses a CNC-machined and anodized 7075-T6 aluminum rotor hat, designed to reduce unsprung weight while maintaining the strength and dimensional stability required for repeated track use.

Highly recommend choosing regular T-Bobbin style rotors for none track-only car. Gear-drive/spline-style rotors has lots of NHV.

Caliper mounting geometry, rotor offset, hat geometry, and wheel clearance are developed specifically for the Corvette C7 chassis.

18" Track Wheel Compatibility

One of the key advantages of the CP7269 system is its GT3 architecture.

The system is designed to clear the inner barrel of many compatible 18" track wheels, allowing C7 track cars to run dedicated 18" wheel and tire packages without moving to 19" wheels solely for brake clearance.

Wheel clearance is wheel-specific. Barrel shape, spoke profile, offset, and inner diameter can affect fitment.
