Everka Replacement Rotor Rings are engineered as direct service components for Everka 2-piece brake rotors, designed to allow cost-effective rotor refresh without replacing the full hat assembly. These rings are intended exclusively for use with Everka rotor hats and are not compatible with OEM or other aftermarket 2-piece systems.

Manufactured from high carbon alloy cast iron, each ring is optimized for motorsport-level thermal stability, consistent friction behavior, and resistance to cracking under repeated high-temperature cycling. Directional internal vane geometry promotes efficient airflow through the rotor core, improving heat evacuation and reducing brake fade during extended track use.

Each rotor ring is heat treated to relieve internal stress and precision-machined to ensure consistent pad contact, low runout, and stable braking performance under heavy load. Slotted surface geometry helps maintain a clean pad interface by clearing gas, debris, and pad deposits, improving initial bite and consistency in both dry and wet conditions.

All Everka replacement rings are supplied with new mounting hardware and are designed for straightforward ring replacement on existing Everka hats, restoring full rotor performance without requiring complete rotor replacement.
